BONNIE SINDEL - Associate Real Estate Broker/Team Leader

As a lifelong resident of the Capital Region, Bonnie’s in-depth knowledge of the area and her 15 years of experience benefits buyers and sellers throughout all stages of a real estate transaction. Customer service and satisfaction is her #1 priority. To assist buyers and sellers moving in and out of the area, she is also trained as a certified relocation expert. Bonnie is a graduate and active alumni from Siena College. Bonnie resides in Niskayuna in the home were she raised her children. She and her husband have Wheaten Terriers named Sofie & Rocco.  Her family loves spending time at home and on Galway Lake.

JIM MCLOUGHIN - Associate Real Estate Broker

Jim is a graduate of La Salle Institute (Troy, NY) and from the University of Tennessee (Knoxville). Jim remained in the south for approximately 20 years working in several management positions with The JCPenney Co. Upon moving back home he began his real estate career. KARL SINDEL - Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Karl joined the team in 2020 after retiring from General Electric following a 31-year career in Information Technology.  He brings to the team his strong Information Technology background and a customer first mindset.  He excels at listening to the customer and exceeding their expectations.  He is very knowledgeable with home construction and home systems (heating, electrical, plumbing, etc.), 100% transparent and is diligent seeing contracts through to closing.

CAITLIN VALLARIO - Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Caitlin joined the team in 2022 after making a career change and relocating back to the Capital Region. Caitlin previously worked in Human Resources where she developed her high level of customer service, attention to detail and listening skills. Caitlin resides in Niskayuna where she is building a home with her husband and two young children. She is knowledgeable in the new home construction process. Her goal is to make sure that the home buying, building or selling process is stress-free and enjoyable for all of her clients.
